Outbound Call Center Agent (German-speaking!)

United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. At United Call Centers we provide OmniChannel Front Office BPO services globally in various languages and we are currently looking for talented German-speaking CSRs for our international team.

 

Our new teammates will join our long running multilingual customer service for one of our biggest Clients.

Job responsibilities:

 

·      Conduct after-sales calls with new customers, strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty

·      Support customers tackling all immediate barriers and obstacles of the consumer, to ensure effective trial and ongoing usage of the product

·      Handle customer inquiries

·      Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

·      Gather and report customer feedback

·      Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

·      Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

·      Continuously improve through feedback

Agent Requirements:

 

·      Native German (Atleast C2 equivalent) and fluent English language knowledge

·      1+ years in Outbound/Sales Call center is a plus

·      Excellent written and spoken communication skills

·      Positive and kind attitude

·      Sales oriented, friendly and resourcefull

·      Open to work in shifts (Opening hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-18:00)

·      Experience in Salesforce and Excel is a plus

 

Our offer:

 

·      Payment of 13 EUR/hour, paid monthly via an online payment platform depending on language skills and experience.

Work Environment Requirements:

 

·      Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the customer support agent's home)

·      USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)

·      Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system (Windows 8 or above)

·      Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)

 

 

Please note that this is a freelancer contract-based opportunity, so taxes and any social insurance contributions would be handled & paid by the Freelancer.
